Fall Arts and Crafts Fair: On a personal aside, there may be nothing in the world I love more than an arts and crafts fair in the fall. Folk art, floral pieces, quilts, birdhouses, jams and jellies. Don't those words stir something in you? Starts 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Reed Intermediate School.

Great Pumpkin Race: The Newtown Lions are hosting their fourth annual pumpkin race! Put your pumpkin on wheels and take it for a ride. 10:00 a.m. Saturday behind Edmond Town Hall.
