“Anatomy of a Deal: 230 East Ave, Norwalk” Program Set for 2/10
The webinar on Wednesday, February 10th will provide an overview of considerations for the Brim & Crown East Norwalk apartments project.

Norwalk, Conn. (February 4, 2021) – Partner James Maher of Halloran Sage will present as a webinar panelist on February 10th to the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) of Connecticut’s Fairfield/Westchester Chapter Young Professionals. The program, “Anatomy of a Deal: 230 East Ave, Norwalk,” will provide an overview of considerations for the Brim & Crown East Norwalk apartments project, including discussion on the vision for the Transit Oriented Development process, entitlement process, design for both the renovation of existing buildings and new construction, and financing.
Maher will present on a panel that includes Matt Edvardsen of Spinnaker RE Partners, Seelan Pather of Beinfield Architecture, and James Lane of Webster Bank.
