A commuter found man down on the sidewalk on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive by Madison Street at about 6:30 a.m. Friday, police said.
There were no signs of foul play, but Norwalk detectives will investigate the death as precautionary a measure, police said.
The man was 70 years old, police said.
