Connie B's to Participate in Mount Zion Fashion Show in Norwalk

Mount Zion Baptist Church in Norwalk will hold its fashion show Saturday at the Continental Manor on Main Street.

Connie Brown, owner of Connie B's in SoNo, will be selling hats at the event. All proceeds from the show, which usually draws between 150 - 200 people, will be donated to Mount Zion, Brown said.

Connie B's sells jewelry, bags, dresses and more. During the summer months, the store usually sells out of its inventory weekly and is frequently restocked, according to Brown.

"It's a very reasonably priced boutique. Everything is under $100," Brown said.

Connie B's will be hosting a Mother's Day special where all clearance items, which are already 20 - 50 percent off, will be an additional 20 percent off, Brown said.

Connie B's is family owned and operated. The store is located at 43 North Main Street.
