Road Reopened In East Norwalk Crash; 1 Person Injured: UPDATE
The rollover crash occurred Tuesday afternoon on Westport Avenue near East Avenue, according to Norwalk police.
NORWALK, CT — One person was injured Tuesday afternoon in a rollover crash on Westport Avenue near East Avenue, according to Norwalk police. The road was temporarily closed while officers investigated, but it has since been reopened.
The injured driver of the vehicle was taken to Norwalk Hospital for evaluation, but the injuries were not considered to be a threat to that person's life.
Details of the crash were not immediately available, but the vehicle hit several parked vehicles.

Traffic through the area was snarled for a portion of the afternoon as a result.
The cause of the accident is under investigation, according to Norwalk Police Sgt. Sofia Gulino.
