CT Brother & Sister Chefs Compete On Bobby Flay Food Network Show

The two are well known in Fairfield County due to their popular restaurants in South Norwalk and Fairfield.

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CT — A pair of Fairfield County chefs, who are sister and brother, are scheduled to compete against each other on television this weekend for the chance to "Beat Bobby Flay."

Lisa and Matt Storch will compete on Flay's self-named Food Network show, airing at 10 p.m. on Sunday, April 26.

Lisa Storch is the co-owner of Fairfield's Catch a Healthy Habit, which specializes in organic vegan cuisine.

Matt Storch, owner/executive chef of the SoNo eatery Match, won the TV cooking competition show "Chopped" in 2018.

Both Match and Catch a Healthy Habit are currently serving takeout food during the coronavirus pandemic.

"Siblings Matt and Lisa Storch take their rivalry to the next level when they challenge each other for a chance to try and torch Bobby Flay," Food Network writes. "Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli and Damaris Phillips are there to cheer them on to victory."
