Downed Pole Repaired, Closed Road In Norwalk Reopened: UPDATE
A portion of Main Avenue was closed Thursday morning; Eversource crews have made repairs.
NORWALK, CT — A portion of Main Avenue in Norwalk, which was closed Thursday morning due to a downed utility pole and wires, has been reopened, according to Norwalk police.
The road closure was near the Stop & Shop. Eversource crews were called to the scene and made repairs.
As a result, power temporarily was cut temporarily to the immediate area, but power has been restored, according to the utility company.
