Free Zumba, "The Goonies" and More This Week in Norwalk
This week in Norwalk, take a free Zumba class, head to the farmers' market or see a movie for free on the beach.

- Buy some fresh produce:Â The Norwalk Health Department Farmers' Market will be held Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Norwalk Health Department. See the town website's event page for more details.
- See a concert on the beach: Gunsmoke, a country and Western band, will be performing at Calf Pasture Beach Wednesday at 7 p.m. Bring a picnic and comfortable seating for the free show. See the event page for more details.
- Watch "The Goonies" on the beach: The movie will be shown for free Saturday at dusk at Shady Beach. Activities for kids begin at 6 p.m. See the event page for more details.
- Take a free Zumba class:Â The Norwalk Public Library is offering two Zumba classes Monday for free. One class is from 5 to 5:45 p.m. for kids ages 3 to 12 and their caregivers. Then, from 6 to 7 p.m., there will be a class just for those ages 13 and up. Bring water and call the library at 203-899-2780 for more details.
- Talk to an author:Â Laura Schroff, author of "An Invisible Thread," will visit the Norwalk Public Library Wednesday from noon to 1:30 p.m. A light lunch will be served and registration is recommended, so see the library's website for more details.
