Liberation Programs, Inc Announces New Chief Financial Officer
(Norwalk, CT) – Liberation Programs, Inc is pleased to announce that Judith M. Martino became Chief Financial Officer effective December 9, 2020.
Judith became Chief Financial Officer following the departure of former CFO, Omar Garro, who spent 12 years at Liberation Programs. Judith joined Liberation in April 2020 as the Director of Finance and made an immediate impact on operations.

In her short time with Liberation, she has already proven an asset throughout all facets of our Financial Operations including audits and COVID related financial changes. Judith has decades of experience in the non-profit sector including expertise with budgeting, grants and contracts, and financial reporting. She began her career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Company working with many non-profit organizations and municipalities. Previously, she was the Assistant Controller at Optimus Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center. Judy has over 30 years of experience working as the Director of Budget & Finance at Recovery Network of Programs, a non-profit behavioral health organization. Judy has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, School of Business Administration.
