Local South Norwalk Digital Agency Named as a Top Place to Work

SCRUM50 NAMED TO AD AGE'S 2020 BEST PLACES TO WORK LIST FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW

Scrum50, the agile marketing agency, was recently awarded as Number 21 in Ad Age’s Best Places to Work List, within the size category of up to 200 employees. Ad Age’s 2021 Best Places to Work list is an annual ranking of companies that lead the pack in benefits, culture and other key factors.

The winners reflect the highest overall numerical scores based on an analysis of questionnaires submitted by employers and survey responses from thousands of their employees. Ad Age’s scoring system factors in the importance of six key satisfaction areas: company culture, company environment, employee benefits, employee development, employee engagement and employee perks.

“As we kick off 2021, we are more proud than ever to once again be recognized for creating an inclusive, supportive work environment for our team here at Scrum50. The pandemic has proven again what we knew all along – that our team is the lifeblood of our business. And, we are pleased to have created a place where our team feels valued, supported and empowered,” said Michael LeBeau, Managing Partner, co-founder of Scrum50. “We’re once again humbled by this honor and excited to see the success of our individual employees as we continue working with iconic, international brands like Benjamin Moore, Mondelēz International, Subway and others.”

Ad Age produced Best Places to Work in partnership with Latitude Research, a market research firm. They are honoring companies in advertising, marketing and media that lead the nation in terms of employee satisfaction, including factors such as benefits, inclusion and employee development. Companies expected a lot from staffers in 2020, but the best employers also stepped up to the challenge. From work-from-home stipends to open-floor discussions about diversity and inclusion, those on the list went above and beyond to support their employees amid the global pandemic and the national racial justice movement.
