Man, 59, Reported Missing In Norwalk: Police

Andre Edouard suffers from early onset dementia, according to his family.

NORWALK, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Andre Edouard, 59, who suffers from early onset dementia, according to his family, and has been reported missing, said Norwalk police.

Edouard is described as Black, approximately 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. He is bald, and was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, gray shirt, and blue jeans.

"Andre is operating a white 2001 Toyota Highlander, bearing Connecticut registration plate
611PVB," Norwalk police said. "Andre recently sold his home in Stratford, works in Stamford, and is temporarily residing in Norwalk at the Extended Stay Hotel, located at 400 Main Ave."
