Nardelli's To Open New Grinder Shoppe In Norwalk In September

NORWALK, CT — Nardelli's, the popular grinder shoppe, will open its 16th Connecticut location in Norwalk in September at 345 Main Avenue, the chain announced.

The company started in Waterbury in 1922, and only has one other Fairfield County store in Danbury.

Nardelli's serves a host of deli favorites, such as hot and cold grinders, salads, wraps, desserts and more.

The Hour reported that the Norwalk shoppe's franchise owner, Matthey Youngs, plans to open another four Nardelli's locations over the next six years, as the chain looks to continue its expansion.
