Norwalk Community Health Center, Inc. (NCHC) wants to remind families in Norwalk and surrounding communities about the importance of making sure your children are current on vaccines and back to school physicals. NCHC Pediatrics is open and scheduling appointments for In-Person and telehealth visits for all pediatric needs for established and new patients. The nonprofit health provider has been providing compassionate and comprehensive health care within reach of anyone who needs its services in greater Norwalk and Fairfield County for 20 years, regardless of ability to pay.

The Center’s caring and knowledgeable pediatric providers, Jill Goldberg APRN, Jennifer Gonzalez-Santos APRN, Elizabeth Thomas MD, and Andrea Vali MD are dedicated to keeping you and your family safe and healthy. Please call 203-851-1000 for an appointment.

For the protection and health of patients and staff, Norwalk Community Health Center is observing strict social distancing, wearing masks, PPE (personal protective equipment) for providers and care teams, and frequent sanitizing and disinfecting protocols of exam, waiting and all public areas.
