Norwalk High School Girls Basketball Coach Steps Down: Report
Ricky Fuller goes out a winner with an undefeated season and state championship.
NORWALK, CT — Ricky Fuller, head coach of the Norwalk High School girls basketball team for the past 15 years, has resigned for undisclosed personal reasons, reports GameTimeCT.
Doug Marchetti, Norwalk's athletic director, told the publication that Fuller's resignation was Fuller's decision alone, and it was not due to any parental or school pressure. Marchetti wished Fuller well in the future.
This past season, Fuller's Bears team was undefeated when it won a thrilling come-from-behind victory against New London for Class LL champion.
