Norwalk is brimming with gardeners! Before the pandemic, the Norwalk Public Library's popular Seed Library was a card catalogue cabinet filled with free seeds for patrons to come in and take. Beginning last March, it became something that was greatly missed. Last summer, we mailed out four-hundred packages of free seeds to our Seed Library patrons! Last fall, once our Sidewalk Service opened, we offered free bags of seeds at the Main Library Sidewak Service location.
A photo album of our patrons' amazing gardens can be found on the Norwalk Public Library website, www.norwalkpl.org.

Patrons will be given an assortment of veggie and herb seeds, and also a packet of sunflower or bird-lover's mix.
All seeds are organic, and come from the Hudson Valley Seed Company!
