Norwalk Man Charged In Robbery Of Stamford Teenager: Report
Police said the robbery occurred Friday on Stamford's West Side.
STAMFORD, CT — A 31-year-old Norwalk man was arrested on a warrant Friday charging him with robbery and conspiracy in connection with an August 2020 robbery on Stamford's West Side in which the suspect is accused of beating up a teenager, writes The Hour.
Arrested was Christopher Egan, who was charged with first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery. He was held in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
Egan, known by the street name "White Boy Chris," is accused of beating up and robbing a 17-year-old of $800 and an iPhone, after Egan had scammed the teen in a phony marijuana deal, according to police.
