Norwalk Man, Fugitive Faces Cocaine Charges in Virginia

The Connecticut State's Attorney's Office notified Norwalk police that the suspect was wanted for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to distribute cocaine in Virginia, police said.

Norwalk police initially issued the suspect a traffic violation Monday morning, but they charged him with being a fugitive from justice later in the day, police said.

After Norwalk police brought Allen Oseguera, 27, of Norwalk, to court, the State’s Attorney’s Office notified the department that the suspect was wanted for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to distribute cocaine in Virginia, police said.

Police then went back to the courthouse to retrieve Oseguera and charge him with being a fugitive from justice, according to an arrest report.

Oseguera was issued a $250,000 bond.
