Stamford police, assisted by Norwalk police officers, arrested Kahlilah Russell, of Stamford, at 201 Highland Avenue in Norwalk at about 8 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report. Â
Russell was charged with second-degree larceny for an incident that occurred in Stamford, police said. Â
No details regarding the alleged larceny were specified in the police report.Â
