Norwalk Road Closed Due To Underground Explosion: Police
Police said a road in Norwalk is partially closed due to an underground fire/explosion in the area.

NORWALK, CT — Police said Tuesday that Monroe Street is closed between S Main and Chestnut streets until 7 a.m. due to an underground fire/explosion.
In a tweet, police said there are local power outages and street lights out in the area due to the incident. Drivers are asked to use caution and avoid the area, police said.
