Alice's true pride and joy was her family.

Alice Irene Judway

12/5/1931 – 12/13/2020

Alice passed away peacefully on Sunday December 13th with her loving family by her side at Wilton Meadows. Alice has called Wilton Meadows home for the past seven years after suffering a stroke at her Norwalk home. Alice was born in Stamford CT, after finishing school she moved to Norwalk where she was an assembly technician for Trudy Toys for close to ten years, and finally finishing out her career in manufacturing. Alice’s true pride and joy was her family, starting with her sister Clara, two daughters Penny and Michelle, finally her granddaughter Simone. Can’t forget about the love of dogs Alice displayed over the years. Alice was truly the matriarch of her family, providing a loving and caring home for her family and their friends. Alice enjoyed the simple pleasures in life especially the beach and gatherings with family and friends for the Holidays. Alice was a loving and compassionate woman who would accept anyone in her home, she will be truly missed by family and friends. Alice is survived by daughter Penny Spinola husband William Spinola, daughter Michelle Judway, granddaughter Simone Violante ,husband Marco Violante, great grandson Jackson Thomas Violante. Alice is predeceased by her sister Clara. We would like to thank the highly qualified and caring staff of Wilton Meadows Maples Unit for their exceptional care, compassion and kindness that made Alice feel at home and at peace. We would like to thank Chineka, Ludi, Pauline, Nicole, Janine and Cece for their outstanding care and kindness. There will be a service on Friday December 18th at Raymond Funeral Home 5 East Wall Street in Historic Norwalk from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.
