On March 6, 227 Main Street, LLC sold the property at 33 George Avenue to Jose and Andrea Orozco for $296,900.

On March 6, Amanda Harris sold the property at 57 Plattsville Avenue, Unit H to John Ruzicka for $191,500.

On March 6, Frank Barbieri sold the property at 10 Old Field Road to Stone Financing LLC for $800,000.

On March 6, Q Sono IV LLC sold the property at 38-58 and 50 North Main Street to Capital Equities LLC for $2,070,000.

On March 6, Ennio Pugelli sold the property at 97 Richards Avenue, Unit AA9 to Srinivas Akarapu for $205,000.

On March 7, Wells Fargo Bank sold the property at 4 Rowayton Woods Drive to David Vogel for $222,500.
