NORWALK, CT — A Penn Hill, Pennsylvania resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

John Haygood won $30,000 playing a "3X THE CASH 9TH EDITION" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Norwalk Exxon on Connecticut Avenue.

The scratch off game, which only has one $30,000 grand prize left out of 10, is ending soon, according to the lottery. Its overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.75.
