Police: Man Used His Car to Strike Car Parked in Front of His Driveway
Police say the man struck the other car -- while a woman was sitting in it -- several times with his car after finding it blocking the way.

A Washington Street man who found another car blocking his driveway when he tried to enter it, struck the car several times with his own, then informed the woman sitting in the struck car that her vehicle was blocking his driveway, Norwalk police said, according to a report in the Hour, which gave this account of the incident, citing police statements:
Winfred Nunley, 34, of Washington Street was yelling at the woman after striking the car at about 3 p.m. Sunday when her husband, Jorge Arbelaez, 41, of Kettle Road, walked up and, as would tend to happen in such a situation, got into a heated argument with Nunley.
Nunley told police he tried to drive around the parked car, but couldn’t, then walked up to it to tell the person inside that the car needed to be moved. Arbelaez said that when he walked up to Nunley, Nunley grabbed and pushed him and then he punched Nunley in the face. A witness said he saw Nunley push Arbelaez and Arbalaez then punch Nunley.
