Portion of Perry Avenue in Norwalk to be Closed Beginning Oct. 7

Work is scheduled on the railroad crossing.

NORWALK, CT — Perry Avenue will be closed to traffic between Main Avenue and the proximity of Silver Street, beginning Friday, Oct. 7, according to city officials.

The closure will allow for construction work on the railroad crossing, which will take place in two phases over two weekends.

The first closure will be from the 7th through Monday, Oct. 10, and the second closure, which will last longer, will take place from Friday, Oct. 14, through Wednesday, Oct. 19.
