OXFORD, CT — The Quarry Walk development on Route 67 already boasts a dozen retail stores, a supermarket and several other businesses. Around 80 apartment units and other businesses are expected to be built in the next year.
There has been a lot of interest in the apartments, particularly for seniors because they will be close to a shopping center that can meet many of their needs, according to the Republican-American.
