The Oxford Public Schools will be closing for the next two weeks from Monday, March 16 to Friday, March 27. However, we will reassess school closing in one week on Friday, March 20 to determine if this shut-down period is still needed or if additional time is required. We are shutting schools out of an abundance of caution, with input from our Department of Health Director.
We are exploring e-learning opportunities for students and will be send subsequent communication concerning this process to families on Monday.
