Hearings Continued For Suspended Oxford Football Head Coach: Report
The hearings continued to be filled with emotion this week.

OXFORD, CT — Suspended Oxford Football Head Coach Joseph Stochmal should learn whether he keeps his job sometime in May as hearings have been continued until May 10, the Republican-American reports. Stochmal was charged with breach of peace in December for an incident at the district's central offices where some people have testified the coach was "out of control" and yelling at a district official, the Rep-Am has reported.
Hearings have been ongoing this week and numerous players, former players and even the town's top elected official, George R. Temple, have testified they believe Stochmal should keep his job and numerous people testified about the coach's character. He's also a teacher in the school system. During the last hearing held this week, people testified that the coach is a kind and caring man who worked to make sure everyone on the team was taken care of. After an Oxford student died in a 2012 car accident, the coach comforted the grieving team, a then co-worker testified, via the Rep-Am.

Additionally, during the last hearing, Stochmal's attorneys called witnesses attacking the credibility of the district official who the coach had a run in with, which led to the arrest.
