OXFORD, CT — The temperatures might be icy, but that didn't stop Oxford's Rich Farm Ice Cream Shop from opening for the season on Thursday.
The popular spot wasn't deterred by Tuesday's heavy snow storm, which dropped close to a foot of snow in the area and around the state.
And today's specials look and sound delicious! Stop by, they're open until 9 p.m.
