Kitchen Fire Extinguished In Oxford: Fire Dep't

OXFORD, CT — Oxford Fire-Rescue battled a kitchen fire in the 600 block of Chestnut Tree Hill Road Thursday morning.

Command reports working kitchen fire. Mutual Aid Towns include: Beacon Falls, Seymour, Southbury and Monroe (Stevenson). Command reports under control, overhaul in progress, fire officials say.

No injured were reported, fire officials said.
