Oxford Arts and Crafts Fair vendor selection complete
This carefully curated Arts and Crafts Fair is in its 48th year to be hosted on November 2nd, from 10am to 4pm at Oxford Center School.

The Oxford Cultural Arts Commission has been accepting artist and crafter applications since the spring, and has been carefully reviewing and selecting unique artisans and their wares for the annual event.
Commissioner Jennifer East, who is the Director of the Arts and Crafts Fair for the Oxford Cultural Arts Commission, commented that "...Finding the right balance of unique crafters, artists and wares is a challenge, but it is also the heart of what makes this fair so special for the community."
This year the number of applicants rose significantly, which makes the selection process that much more challenging, but will also make for a great event!

Jewelry is always the most highly sought after category. "We only select three vendors of each type, so some of the categories, like jewelry, is highly competitive. We look for unique techniques and materials by the artisans. This translates to a great variety and a really special shopping experience for the community" said East.
This review and selection process, or "curation process" is what makes the Oxford Arts and Crafts Fair so special and a staple event for the Town of Oxford.
