OXFORD, CT — An Oxford business sold a lucky winning lottery ticket last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On March 16, Thomas Lopresti, of Seymour, won $15,004 playing Keno and purchased the ticket from the Smoke Junction in Oxford.
