OXFORD, CT - A Hamden resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Oxford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 28, Yasmin Akther, of Hamden, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Smoke Junction in Oxford and won $10,000.
