Oxford High School Softball Team Wins Championship
It was a nailbiter until the end when Oxford scored five runs to cement the championship.

OXFORD, CT — Congratulations to the Oxford High School softball team who are the Naugatuck Valley League champions after defeating Seymour by a score of 11 to 6 on Thursday evening.
Seymour rallied to tie the game at 6 but Oxford broke it open with five runs in the eighth inning to win the championship, according to GameTimeCT.
