Oxford Man Charged After Accident On Route 8: Report

OXFORD, CT — Robert Mulready, 43, was charged with evading responsibility and interfering with an officer after he crashed his car on Route 8 near Exit 30 in Waterbury Monday night and is accused of leaving the scene and his car behind, the Republican-American reports.
