Oxford Man Killed In Serious Crash: Report

The car ended up striking a tree.

ANSONIA, CT — A 77-year-old Oxford man died as a result of injuries sustained in a crash in Ansonia on Thursday night, the Connecticut Post reports. The man's car ended up veering off the road and struck a tree near Great Hill and Ansmour roads, the CT Post reports.

Police are investigating whether the man may have had a medical episode at the time of the crash. The victim's ID has not yet been released.
