Oxford Parks and Recreation Summer Trips
The Parks and Recreation Department of Oxford will host different group trips this summer, with options like beach trips and baseball games.

OXFORD, CT - From the desk of the Oxford Parks & Recreation Department: Hope that you can join us for some summer fun! Our trips are open to residents and non-residents, young and old. Driver Gratuity is included in all of our day trip prices as shown. To make a reservation, call the OPR office at 203-888- 2543, Ext. 3041 or register online at Oxford Parks & Recreation.
Payment of at least half of the trip fee must be received by the Parks and Rec office within 2 weeks of your request to be added to the list. Overnight weekend trips require a $150 deposit to reserve your space. For all trips, we need the names of all of the people traveling in your group. All trips are to be paid in full by 45 days before departure. Sorry but NO refunds after 30 days before departure.
Block Island, Rhode Island - Saturday, August 5, 2017

- Spend a day on beautiful Block Island;
- Board the ferry for a 1 hour cruise from Port Judith, R.I. to Old Block Island Harbor;
- Enjoy a full course lunch at the famous historic National Hotel;

- Come aboard one of Hornblower’s spectacular fleet and experience dynamic sites and views of New York Harbor – including the Statue of Liberty
- During the 2 hour cruise enjoy a fabulous Sunday Bruch Buffet with Jazz entertainment followed by a DJ for dancing
- After the cruise enjoy some free time in Lower Manhattan at the World Trade Center Site to visit Brookfield Place, the Oculus & Memorial Pools
