Ticket Sales are Open: Don’t Miss Out: Last Year’s auction was sold out

The Oxford (CT) Parent Teacher Organization, Inc. and Bushi Ban Marital Arts and Fitness are announcing a springtime event “Wine and Dine at Oxford Greens Golf Club”. A big thank you to our exclusive title sponsor Bushi Ban Martial Arts and Fitness. This is one of our most popular events. It gives parents a chance to head out for a night on the town. It will provide adults a chance to have a great night and get a little time for themselves, all while raising money for a fantastic cause. This is one of our largest fundraisers of the year and the PTO hopes to raise more than $20,000. This will go toward support of various children’s programs including field trips, educational enrichment and other events.

The event will take place on May 11, 2019, from 6-10pm at Oxford Greens Golf Club in Oxford, Connecticut. This is a Wine & Dine event with a full dinner buffet, live entertainment and live and silent auctions at Oxford Greens. In addition to wine tasting and a full buffet dinner, we will feature live entertainment. For an up to date list of all donations visit our website at www.oxfordpto.com. Do not miss out on your opportunity to bid for and win some great items.

Thank you to our other sponsors including gold level sponsors (CPV Towantic), silver level sponsors (Veloce Engineering Inc., The Natures Edge, Pat Blanco Real Estate Agent, and Newtown Savings Bank), bronze level sponsors (Naturalscapes, and Oxford House Tavern), and other sponsors including Perkins Travel.

Tickets are on sale now. Get your tickets now before the event is sold out. For only $47.50 per ticket you get all of the benefits including wine tasting, full dinner buffet, live entertainment, and both a live and silent auction. You can also reserve a table for ten for $425.00. There are a limited number of tables so reserve your table now. You can send in a ticket order in the mail. To pay by check, send your name, address, email, phone number, number of tickets requested along with where you heard about the auction to Oxford PTO, Attn: Auction Tickets, 30 Great Oak Rd, c/o Quaker Farms School, Oxford, CT 06478. You can also reach out for further information on our contact page at OxfordPTO.com.

We’re looking to local business and individuals in our community to sponsor as well as to donate items to the event. This will help enable us to reach our fundraising goal. Sponsorships are available for as little as $100. We are also actively seeking someone who might own a vacation rental home who’d be willing to donate an off-season stay. However, donations of all kinds are needed including services, attraction passes or tickets, restaurant certificates, jewelry, home furnishings, gift baskets and more. Potential Sponsors and Donors who are interested are encouraged to check out our website at OxfordPTO.com. Click on the Auction page link. There are sponsor and donation forms available there. You can also contact Jim Sanders, the 2018 Auction Co-Chair at (203) 751-2117 or cteagle5@sbcglobal.net.
