OXFORD, CT - An Oxford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 23, Zbigniew Cyganowski, of Oxford, purchased a 10x Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Sip N Dip Deli & Convenience in Milford and won $10,000.
