Oxford Woman Assaults Man In Motel Room: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — An Oxford woman is accused of assaulting a man in Milford, police said. On Dec. 17, police responded to a Bridgeport Avenue motel on a report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Kelly Lipka, 23, of Tower Lane in Oxford, who is accused of scratching a man on his chest while inside the motel room during the course of a verbal argument, police said.

Lipka is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
