Small business can be difficult, but it is always rewarding! The current economic climate the COVID-19 Pandemic brought has made it even more challenging.

As a business owner, we often have to make adjustments to business plans and business models in order to serve our clientele. RAD ART serves the Oxford and surrounding communities to bring you ways of expressing yourself artistically through arts & crafts. We also serve the special needs community by giving them a place to gather on Wednesdays via community crafts. Our business has been primarily based on the premise of social gathering through classes and parties, which has been difficult in a time of social distancing.

RAD ART is going to take a hiatus in scheduling classes and in our open studio hours starting on September 15, 2020.

For the next two weeks we would like to offer any of our arts & crafts materials at a deep discount to give you something to do at home and to keep your craft on to "create something awesome". We encourage anyone with a gift certificate to come in and grab some crafts!

Any classes currently scheduled with reservations will be held. Any classes not yet having reservations will be cancelled. If you have ANY questions at all, please call the studio at 203-889-8971 and talk to the studio manager, Kayla. You. can also reach us via facebook or through email at radart.rocks@gmail.com

Keep an eye out for a "Call for Artists", as we hope to use the space to showcase local artists and artisans for the next several months. Think about it... If you are an artist or crafter, what could you do if you had a studio for one week? We might just make that happen - so stay tuned.

With love and appreciation for all of you who have supported our business now, and in the future
Sincerely,
Adriene Radcliffe, Owner
On behalf of the amazing RAD ART Staff
