17 UFO Sightings in CT During October, November
Over 24 percent of the UFO sightings in Connecticut this year were reported in the past two months. Did you see any of these "UFOs?"

October and November were big months for UFO sightings in Connecticut, according to the National UFO Reporting Center. During that span, there were 17UFO sightings reported in both August and September, according to the organization that records UFO sightings nationwide. Prior to Oct. 1, 53 sightings had been reported in all of 2017.
The sightings account for 24 percent of all reported UFO sightings so far this year. While some of the reports during the two-month span were anonymous, none have been discredited by local police. Now don't get us wrong, we're not saying there are or aren't UFOs, but according to the NUFORC, the most recent sighting occurred in Ashford on Dec. 21.
Triangle large hovering object above I-84 East exit 72.Driving to Worcester, MA, on I-84 before exit 72 Ashford/Waterford at 6:25 am, I noticed from a distance a large object in sky above 84 East. It seemed like a huge drone with white blinking lights on the sides and what seemed to be a green light in front. At first from a distance I thought it was a cell tower light until I got closer and realized it was hovering above the highway.
Another reporter in Stratford said they witnessed two star-like objects slowly moving across the night sky, then disappearing.

I was out walking my dog and happened to look straight up at the clear night sky and witnessed 2 white star-like objects moving slowly toward the ESE. The best way to describe these is that they resembled two large stars the size and brightness of Venus. After about 2 minutes the first object suddenly dimmed out and disappeared, followed 10 seconds later by the 2nd object dimming out and vanishing as well.
Overall, there were reports in Newington, Hartford, Plainville, Manchester, Moodus, WIndham, Milford, Harwinton, Norwalk, Bridgeport, Meriden, Monroe and Norwalk during October and November.
In case you're wondering what the National UFO Reporting Center is, it's been around since 1974, and it investigates UFO sightings and has put together a list of more than 90,000 sightings around the world. You can catch up and read more about each of the UFO sightings in Connecticut here. The report dates back decades.
