$55M Equestrian Compound on Sale in Ridgefield

In the market for a new house—or three?

A real estate article in the Hartford Courant said that the Double H Farm in Ridgefield was recently put on the market for $55 million.

The Zillow listing, which said the property is at 9-11 Old Stagecoach Rd., describes farm as having a six-bedroom main home, two additional homes and two barns.

There are also 40 horse stalls and 12 paddocks on the 87-acre property.

And if you also need a pool, tennis court and party barn, then this purchase will be right for you.
