The Hickories in Ridgefield Serving Up Late Summer Barn Dinner

The local farm will get some help from guest chef Bernard Bouissou, of Bernard's of Ridgefield, and wife Sarah Bouissou, of Sarah's Wine Bar

RIDGEFIELD, CT -- The Hickories is serving up a barn dinner with a little local help.

Guest chef Bernard Bouissou, of Bernard's of Ridgefield, and his wife Sarah Bouissou, of Sarah's Wine Bar, will lead lead epicures in a late summer farm dinner and wine tasting in the family farm's barn on August 19.

The evening will kick off at 5:30 p.m. with passed hors d'ouevres, a specialty cocktail and cello music performed by Madeleine Bouissou. A three-course meal, with wine pairings, will follow.

All the food served is grown on the farm.

Seating is limited to 50. Registration, at $150 per person, is available online.
