10 Two Pence Road: Naomi Emmons sold property to Chunsong Qu and Ying Teng for $439,500.

52 Ivy Hill Road: Salvatore Deprima sold property to Richard and Joan Poundstone for $1,245,000.

68 Standish Drive: Cathleen Mcleean sold property to John and Suzanne Busby for $625,000.
