Last Chance to Register for Theater Barn Kids Spring Workshop

Thursday's session is sold out, but a few spots remain for Tuesday and Wednesday classes

The Theater Barn kids Spring Workshop, “Broadway Scores” (The Games We play, Our Way), only has a few spots left. Thursday's classes are sold out, but a couple of slots remain for the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions. Theater Barn students will meet twice weekly to learn material from shows such as "Damn Yankees", "Promises, Promises", "Chess", "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown", and more. The workshop will focus on building an ensemble of student actors who adopt both the skills needed to perform onstage and the teamwork needed to be successful.

Working with Director Missy Hanlon, vocal coach Anya Caravella, and musical director Stefano Pena, students will have the benefit of small group lessons with peers after school once a week, and cast rehearsals Saturdays. The non-competitive, low-pressure environment ensures that the emphasis is as much on fun as it is on learning.

More information about classes and prices are available on the Ridgefield Theater Barn website, including opportunities for Student Crew volunteer positions, at www.ridgefieldtheaterbarn.org
