
State Marshals working at Danbury Superior Court held a Sandy Hook man for failure to respond to a summons charges at Danbury Superior Court. Ridgefield Police responded to the call, and charged Philip Saunders, 28, Sandy Hook, with failure to respond to a summons. Saunders was released on a $108 bond for an appearance scheduled in Danbury Superior Court on Jan. 29.
This information was provided by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
