New Restaurant with 'American Flair' Coming to Ridgefield
The owner and chef of a current Ridgefield hot spot say they will be launching a new restaurant in the heart of downtown Ridgefield.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — The team behind the popular Gallo Ristorante on Grove Street has announced they will be opening a restaurant in the heart of downtown.
Owner Raffaele Gallo and Executive Chef Giuseppe Castellano have promised "an all-new type of restaurant" in Ridgefield.
"The menu will focus on local, fresh food, with an American flair; plus cocktails and craft beers, regular live entertainment, and a late night spot to gather," the restaurateur teased on social media.

Gallo has a 17-year-history in the local restaurant business.
"Those of you who are familiar with Gallo, will be happy to know they will be bringing their same passion and expertise to this new, casual, and lively American-style restaurant," he posted on Facebook.
