Police: Two Unlocked Cars Stolen From Same Driveway In Ridgefield

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Police are reporting two luxury cars were stolen from the same driveway on Wednesday.

In the early morning, a 2014 Audi S5 and 2014 BMW 750i were stolen from a driveway on Spring Valley Road in Ridgefield. Both vehicles were "unsecured," according to the police report.

Video surveillance footage from neighboring homes shows two people in hooded sweatshirts checking for unlocked vehicles in driveways.

"We continue to urge all residents to remove the keys and secure your vehicles overnight," Capt. Shawn Platt said.
