Price for High Ridge Ave Estate Lowered to $3.9M
This week's "Wow House" looks more like a private spa than a single-family home.
A High Ridge Ave. estate billed as resort-like — with a tennis court, outdoor pool, lush gardens and several porches and patios — is on the market for $3.875 million.
Along with a 7,520-square-foot main home, the property includes a pool house, detached garage (with an exercise room) and a caretaker/rental cottage with separate access from Peaceable Street.
The property last sold for $1.965 million in March 1994 and was listed at $4.299 million in June 2013. The listing price was lowered to $3.875 million in January.
