Ridgefield Eatery To Serve Three-Day Liquor License Suspension
The establishment will still serve food during the suspension.

RIDGEFIELD, CT ― The Tigers' Den Sports Bar And Grill will be serving a suspension of its liquor license stemming from a 2015 incident where the eatery was found to have served alcohol to minors. The eatery will serve the suspension Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and will continue to serve food over the weekend, owner Joe Attonito said in an email.
"As always we love the constant support from our many regulars as well as all the new faces we see as we continue to grow," Attonito said.

In July of 2015, an investigation revealed that minors were being served alcoholic beverages inside of the business by Attonito police said. Plain clothes officers observed Attonito during this time.
The Ridgefield Press reported at the time that Attonito said he didn't intentionally serve minors and the 20-year-olds that were served may have used false identification. He stated to the publication he did not re-check the minor's Identifications.

Attonito was charged with five felony counts of sale of alcohol to a minor. Five minors were issued infractions for possession of alcohol by a minor.
